A set of four mouth-blown coupes hand painted with iridescent lustre. The bowls have a subtly-fluted texture which fades towards the rim. Mouth-blown glass. Subtly-fluted texture at base of bowl. Bowls hand painted with pearlescent lustre. Hand-drawn stems. Dimensions: Capacity: 300ml, Height: 16cm, Width: 10.5cm. Due to their handmade nature, the size of these items may vary slightly. Style code: PE05. Materials & making: Mouth blown by skilled glassblowers to create a champagne saucer with subtly-fluted texture. The stem is drawn from the bowl while the glass is still malleable and a foot is applied by hand using wooden tools. Hand painted with an iridescent lustre and fired to achieve the pearlescent finish.

Co-founded in the 1960s by Janusz Lubkowski, today the company’s Designer & Creative Director is his daughter, Monika Lubkowska-Jonas. LSA’s first ever product was a classic enamelled coffee pot, which sold in Terence Conran’s Habitat stores.
