A set of two mouth-blown balloon glasses with spherical bowls and thick, flared stems. Mouth blown by skilled glassblowers from a single gather of glass. Each glass narrows at the waist, flaring towards a thick stem and fine bowl. The rim is fire polished to achieve a smooth finish. Co-founded in the 1960s by Janusz Lubkowski, today the company’s Designer & Creative Director is his daughter, Monika Lubkowska-Jonas. LSA’s first ever product was a classic enamelled coffee pot, which sold in Terence Conran’s Habitat stores.
